KRAFT / FELDER - Phenomenology of the German Energiewende

In his graduation project from the University of the Arts Bremen he focused on the expansion of renewable energy, a process dubbed »Energiewende« in Germany. He made it his business to independently and autonomously document the conversion of the generation of electricity. He wanted to develop an overview and include both renewable and conventional technologies. Starting with nuclear, to biofuels, lignite, offshore wind power, solar energy to hydrodynamic power and the development of the electric-line system. The large photographs show technical facilities in their scenic, structural and human context, and thus put human scale in the assessment of scenic dimensions into question. Current exhibitions of Caspar Sessler: - until 27.10.2013, exhibition »organic resources«, Galerie Mitte, Bremen - 24.10.2013 Vernissage »Out of the Box – Best of HfK Design 2013«, Wilhelm Wagenfeld Designzentrum, Bremen - 27.10.2013, Bremer Portfoliowalk,
