Cornelia Hediger


Cornelia Hediger is a Swiss artist living and working in New York City. She was awarded both her BFA and MFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. Awards and honors include being named a PDN's 30 Emerging Photographers to Watch in 2009, PX3 Prix De La Photographie Paris, 3rd in Art Photography and TOKYO INTERNATIONAL FOTO WARDS 2016 Silver winner. Hediger's work has been exhibited in solo and/or group exhibitions at Klompching Gallery (New York), Schneider Gallery (Chicago), Galerie Feldbusch Wiesner (Berlin, Germany), Akron Art Museum (Ohio), View Point Gallery (Canada), The Center for Photography at Woodstock, Anita S Wooten Gallery (Florida), Gallery Del Mese-Fischer (Switzerland), Wallspace Gallery (Seattle), PS122 Gallery (New York). Her work has been reviewed and featured in a number of publications including Installation Magazine, PAMBIANCO WEEK, PHOTONEWS Zeitung für Fotographie, BLINK Magazine, ARTE, The Wall Street Journal, Photo Technique, PHOTO+, HotShoe, SNOECKS, Visura Magazine, New York Magazine, Vision Magazine. Cornelia Hediger's work can be found in several private collections in the US, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom. She is represented by Klompching Gallery (New York) and Schneider Gallery (Chicago).
