Louiza Vradi


Louiza Vradi is a visual artist working with photography, video and new media based in Greece and Cyprus. She studied visual arts, new media and education at Athens School of Fine arts. In her work, she combines historical and traditional elements with digital media. Through documentary photography and photojournalism, she is interested in exploring the personal and collective memories, spirituality, youth culture and our relationship with the land we inhabit. Besides photography, she is trained as an art therapist and has worked as an art and photo therapist for people with mental and psycho-social disabilities, as well as drug addicts. Her customers include international media, organisations and creatives, such as BBC, Le Monde, M Magazine, Dipetsa, Arsis, Lifo, etc. In 2020, she was named one of 30 under 30 women photographers by Artpil.
